- Send the Product
- We will tell you the return address or arrange a pickup (if available).
- In most cases, you will need to send it using any courier.
- Keep the courier receipt or tracking number safe.
- Wait for Refund
- After we receive the item and check its condition, we will process your refund.
- Refund will be sent to your original payment method in 5–7 working days.
💸 Who Pays for Return Shipping?
If the item is damaged, wrong, or defective, we will pay the return shipping.
If you are returning it for any other reason (like changed mind), then you have to pay for return shipping.
